一、 適用范圍
適用于冬季施工的建筑工程及常溫和低溫條件下施工有早強(qiáng)要求的混凝土工程。使用本產(chǎn)品可縮短工期，提高產(chǎn)量，提高模板和場(chǎng)地周轉(zhuǎn)率，尤其適用于冬季預(yù)制場(chǎng)和農(nóng)村建房。
二、 主要性能
1 、 本產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)是早強(qiáng)和增強(qiáng)效果顯著，價(jià)格便宜，使用方便。
2 、 產(chǎn)品為灰色粉劑，無毒、無臭、不燃，對(duì)鋼筋無銹蝕作用。提高混凝土后期強(qiáng)度。
3 、 冬季施工時(shí)摻入 2.5 % 的該產(chǎn)品，可使混凝土早期強(qiáng)度明顯提高，其一天抗壓強(qiáng)度可提高 60% 以上，三天抗壓強(qiáng)度提高 45% 以上，七天抗壓強(qiáng)度提高 25% 以上，二十八天抗壓強(qiáng)度提高 10% 以上。

四、 推薦摻量
本產(chǎn)品摻量范圍為 2.1% ，推薦摻量為 2.1% （以水泥用量計(jì)）。
五、 使用方法
1 、本產(chǎn)品為粉劑產(chǎn)品，可與水泥一起加入攪拌機(jī)，但計(jì)量要準(zhǔn)確。
2 、為了攪拌均勻，應(yīng)延長(zhǎng)攪拌時(shí)間 30 秒。
六、 包裝、運(yùn)輸、貯存
1 、粉劑采用內(nèi)襯塑料袋，外編織袋包裝。每袋凈重 25Kg ± 0.13kg 或 50kg ± 0.25kg 。
2 、運(yùn)輸時(shí)謹(jǐn)防遇鋒利物，以免破包受潮，若受潮結(jié)塊，重新烘干粉碎后使用。
3 、粉劑應(yīng)貯存在通風(fēng)、干燥的專用倉(cāng)庫(kù)內(nèi)，有效期為二年，超過有效期經(jīng)檢測(cè)合格后仍可使用。

APPLICATION
It can be applied to early-strength concrete construction projects that are launched in winter,at ambient or low temperature.Recovery period can be cut shor.As the result,efficiency will be accelerated and modulus & site will be fully utilized.Suitable for construction of pre-cast site and countryside house erection.
PROPERTIES,FEATURES & CHARACTERISTICS
1. As accelerator and strength enhancer,it is practical and easy to handle.
2. Appearance:Grey powdery agent.Non-poisonous,odorless,non-flammable,and non-corrosive to steel bars.Intended for the acceleration of treminal strength of concrete.
3. Preliminary strength of concrete can be apparently accelerated when it is added at 2.5% in winter.The strength increase exceeds 60%,45%,25% and 10% on the 1 st day,3 rd day ,7 th day and 28 th day respectively.

RECOMMENDED BLEND DOSAGE
The blend dosage normally ranges between 2 .1 %.The standard blend dosage is established at 2.1%(as cement amount).
DIRECTIONS
1. The powdery agent can be agitated together with cement.Accurate measurement is essential.
2. A 30-second agitation is required to achieve to achieve good homogeneity.
PACKGING,TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
1. Woven fabric bag with plastic liner.Net weight: 25kg ±0.13 or 50kg ± 0.25.
2. Cautions should be taken to prevent from being torn by sharp-ended objects while packages are transferred or delivered.In case of humidity contamination,re-use is allowed after drying and crushing.
3. It should be stored in a deicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry.It remains effective in two years.At the expiration,re-use is allowed if the testing results fall within the established range.
