比利時(shí)金融家Albert Frere控股的公司，布塞爾Lambert集團(tuán) (GBLB.BT)近日宣布，擁有法國水泥制造商拉法基公司20.04％的股權(quán)和24.6％的投票權(quán)。

doesn‘t intend to take over the company, according to the filing. Also, the
Belgian group told the AMF it won’t seek to appoint more board members
than the three it has already appointed.
Lafarge has declined to comment relating to GBL’s shareholding.
