1004 MNC－A5型普通早強(qiáng)減水劑Hardening accelerating and water reducing admixture

一、用途及特點(diǎn)
本劑有一定的早強(qiáng)、減水、增強(qiáng)作用，屬自然養(yǎng)護(hù)型外加劑。本劑一般用于磚混結(jié)構(gòu)建筑物所用的混凝土。摻本劑的混凝土在常溫下成型5d后可以達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)號(hào)的75%以上。使用摻加本劑的混凝土澆筑圈梁、構(gòu)造柱、陽臺(tái)、雨蓬等構(gòu)件強(qiáng)度增長較快，后期強(qiáng)度比不摻本劑的混凝土高。使用本劑既能縮短工期，又能保證工程質(zhì)量。本劑適用于常溫、低溫和正負(fù)溫度交替（日最低溫度不低于-5℃）環(huán)境中施工的有早強(qiáng)要求的普通混凝土、鋼筋混凝土和預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土工程。
二、執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：GB 8076－1997
三、用量與用法
1、摻量：水泥質(zhì)量的1.5%。每100kg水泥加本劑1小包（1.5kg）。
2、早強(qiáng)減水劑混凝土的攪拌和振搗方法，可與不摻外加劑的混凝土相同，粉劑加入攪拌機(jī)時(shí)，應(yīng)先與水泥、骨料干拌后再加水，攪拌時(shí)間不得少于3min。
3、采用自然養(yǎng)護(hù)時(shí)，應(yīng)用塑料薄膜覆蓋；低溫時(shí)，應(yīng)用保溫材料覆蓋。不能用于蒸養(yǎng)混凝土。
四、貯運(yùn)及包裝
1、塑料袋小包裝每包1.5kg，編織袋集裝大包裝。
2、本劑為粉狀。搬運(yùn)時(shí)嚴(yán)防破損。貯存時(shí)應(yīng)防潮。如有受潮結(jié)塊，應(yīng)粉碎并通過0.63mm的篩后方可使用。
3、貯存期：3年。

　　A5早強(qiáng)減水劑是以 β- 萘磺酸鹽甲醛縮合物為主要成份，并復(fù)合有增強(qiáng)組份的高效早強(qiáng)減水劑，它具有對(duì)水泥品種適應(yīng)性好，引氣量少等特點(diǎn)，減水增強(qiáng)效果顯著，早強(qiáng)作用尤為明顯，能提高混凝土抗凍性、抗?jié)B性和耐久性。產(chǎn)品符合混凝土外加劑國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

用途及摻量：
　　A5早強(qiáng)減水劑對(duì)鋼筋無銹蝕作用，無毒、無污染，可應(yīng)用于公路、橋染、港口碼頭，工業(yè)及民用建筑的鋼筋混凝土或預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，蒸養(yǎng)及自然養(yǎng)護(hù)的預(yù)制構(gòu)件等，也可用于氣溫不低于 - 5 ℃ 時(shí)的冬期施工。它的推薦量為水泥重量的 1.5% ，減水率 15% ， 3d 強(qiáng)度提高 100% ， 7d 強(qiáng)度提高 70% ， 28d 強(qiáng)度提高 40% ，混凝土坍落度可提高 2 ～ 3 倍，或節(jié)約水泥 10 ～ 15% 。

使用方法：
1 、高效早強(qiáng)減水劑為粉劑，使用時(shí)，可直接與水泥集料一起投入攪拌機(jī)進(jìn)行攪拌。
2 、產(chǎn)品應(yīng)存放于干燥處，若產(chǎn)品受潮結(jié)塊，應(yīng)用水化開后使用。

 Early-strengthening Water-reducing Agent
　　 A5 High-efficiency, early-strengthening. Water-reducing agent has, for its main ingredient, β-naphthalenesulfonis acidformaldehyde high condensate, which is compounded with the high-efficiency, early-strengthening, water-reducing agent that strengthens the cementitious composition. It is adaptable to all types of cement. With little air induced; its water reduction and gain in strength are remarkable, especially, its early strength is very notable. It can raise the resistance to frosting and seeping, and it can last longer, the product has been manufactured in compliance with relevant national standards for additives.

Use & Dosage:
　　 A5 High-efficiency, early-strengthening water-reducing agent produces no corrosive effect on steel reinforcements, being non toxic, and non polluting. It can be used for making structures of reinforced concrete or pre stressed concrete, prefabricated members requiring steam curing or natural curing, for constructions of highways, docks at harbours, industrial and civil buildings; it is also suitable for winter constructions at a temperature not below -5 ℃ .It is recommended that the quantity of the agent to be added should be1.5% relative to the weight of cement used, its ratio of water reduction being 15%,its 3-day strength ca be raised by 100%. Its 7-day strength by 70%,and its 28-day strength by 40%.slump can be raised by 2 ～ 3times, or10 ～ 15% of cement can be saved.

Application:
1 、 A5 High-efficiency, early-strengthening, waterrdeucing agent is a powder preparation; when using, it can be put into the mixer together with the cement aggregates for mixing;
2 、 The product should be stored at a dry place; in case coagulums have been formed due to moisture, it must be first dissolved in water before use.
