DESCRIPTION

• 高力學性能與高坍落度保持的預拌混凝土；
• 高溫或長時間運輸條件下，高力學性能和高工作度保持的新拌混凝土；
• 強度等級達到25-70MPa以上；
• 設計防水、高耐久的混凝土工程；
• 大體積混凝土；
• 自密實混凝土；
• 其高流動性與抗離析的特征使它也適合于快速澆注混凝土工程。

WHERE TO USE

• Ready-mixed concrete with high slump retention and high mechanical performance ;
• Fresh concrete requires high mechanical performance and prolonged workability in high temperature or in long time transportation;
• Concrete with strength grade from 25 to 70MPa;
• Waterproofing and high durable concrete;
• For massive concrete;
• Self-compacting concrete;
• For fast casting concrete project benefits from its high flowing ability and bleeding resistance;

• 保持相同工作度時，可減少用水量。增進強度，降低滲透性，并提高耐久性；
• 相同水灰比下，增大工作度；
• 降低水泥水化反應速度，延長混凝土凝結(jié)時間，降低新拌混凝土工作度損失；
• 在相同水灰比與工作度下，減少用水量與水泥用量。其技術優(yōu)勢為低收縮﹑低徐變與低水化放熱率。

      由此，根據(jù)超塑化劑CS-SR3的摻量變化(水泥重量的0.5%～1.5％)，混凝土能夠達到改善工作度，延長凝結(jié)時間，長坍落度保持，降低水泥用量等目的。

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

• To reduce the amount of water while maintaining the same workability (in this manner, it is possible to increase the mechanical strength of concrete, reduce permeability, and increase durability);
• To increase the workability while maintaining the same water-cement ratio;
• To decrease the hydration velocity of cement, prolong the setting time of concrete, decrease the workability loss of fresh concrete;
• To reduce both the water and the cement content while maintaining the same water-cement ratio and the same workability. Its technical predominance are low shrinkage,low creep and low heat release rate in hydration.
