(Venezuela) -- The deadline to negotiate with foreign cement companies Cemex, Lafarge and Holcim expires next August 12, and according to Venezuelan Energy and Petroleum Minister and President of Venezuelan state oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa), Rafael Ramírez, the talks continue.
