The block machine can be universally used for the manufacturing of pavers with and without face mix, kerbstones, hollow blocks and similar elements
混凝土砌塊成型機(jī)可以生產(chǎn)各種彩色鋪地磚、空心砌塊、路沿石等多種混凝土制品。
Body. The machine is built of strong section steel with 4 guiding columns. Height adjustment of feed table is made through a hand winch. The capacity of the base concrete storage hopper is approx.1000L without the hopper extension. The hopper outlet is operated by hydraulic cylinder. The up and down move of mould is driven by hydraulic. The seat of mould head is equipped with synchronized connecting rod so that both sides of two end of mould is up and down synchronously and reduce the ware between sleeves and columns.
機(jī)架成型機(jī)采用高強(qiáng)度鋼結(jié)構(gòu)，4根導(dǎo)向柱。布料臺的高度可調(diào)，不加延伸部分的料倉容積為1000升。料倉門由液壓缸驅(qū)動。上下模箱的運(yùn)動由液壓缸驅(qū)動，上模座裝有同步連桿機(jī)構(gòu)，確保兩端同步升降，減少導(dǎo)套和立柱的磨損。
Filler box. The filler box is driven by twin-cylinders and synchronous connecting rod drives two arm of both side of box. In the filler box a hydraulic motor driven shaker is equipped so that the filling process is fast and wet concrete in the mould is well-distributed.
布料裝置 布料盒采用雙油缸驅(qū)動，同步連桿同時(shí)帶動兩側(cè)前后運(yùn)動，布料時(shí)運(yùn)動平穩(wěn)，無撞擊，機(jī)件磨損小，不易漏料。布料裝置裝備有液壓馬達(dá)驅(qū)動的快速布料機(jī)構(gòu)，布料更快、更均勻。
The compacting system consists of two twin-shaft heavy-duty special synchronous vibrators fixed on vibrating table, the vibrator having 2 synchronized unbalances and generating vertical oscillations. Due to this force the vibrating table, the pallet and the mould filled with concrete, move up and down. The pallet forced limited supports is designed. The pallet hits the limited supports while moving down. This shock increases the vibrating force working on the concrete and finally causes the compaction of the blocks. Amplitude of the vibrating table is controlled. Because of the limited supports the life of isolation rubber bush is prolong.
振動系統(tǒng) 采用兩個(gè)雙軸自同步式振動器的振動臺。每個(gè)振動器由兩組反向同步旋轉(zhuǎn)偏心塊組成。振動器產(chǎn)生的振動為垂直振動，砌塊成型的激振力由振動器產(chǎn)生。棧板和充滿物料的模具在此振動力的作用下上下運(yùn)動。設(shè)計(jì)上增加了棧板的強(qiáng)制限位支撐，當(dāng)向下運(yùn)動時(shí)，棧板沖擊限位支撐，沖擊使激振力倍增，最終形成對砌塊的振動壓力。振動臺的振幅可獲得控制。這種方式可降低振動臺隔振墊的疲勞損壞。
Pallet centering and positioning device It is hydraulic driven device. It can center and position the pallet on the vibrating table.
棧板對中和定位裝置 增加了液壓驅(qū)動的棧板自動對中和定位裝置，確保成型時(shí)棧板位置準(zhǔn)確，提高棧板的有效工作面積，避免了因棧板“漂移”對制品質(zhì)量的影響。
Mould exchange device It is the auxiliary device for mould exchange and shorter the time of mould exchange .
快速換模裝置 換模時(shí)間僅為原來的1/3，減少了人力，同時(shí)大大降低了換模過程對人員和設(shè)備損傷的機(jī)率。
The hydraulic drive unit, consisting of a large-sized oil tank, oil pump, electric motor and cooling fan, is installed together with the valve station beside of the block machine, which is separated with block machine and linked with soft heavy duty hydraulic pipes.

Facing concrete device (2nd feeding device)
面料裝置
It is for the manufacturing of products consisting of face concrete. The height of feed table with feed box is adjustable. Concrete storage hopper is 600L and its gate is operated by hydraulic cylinder. Filler box is driven by twin-cylinders and synchronous connecting rod drives two arm of both side of box.
For mould exchange and maintenance the 2nd feeding device is moved away from the block machine.
面料裝置用于生產(chǎn)帶面料的制品。布料盒及布料臺高度可調(diào)。料倉容積600L，料倉門的開啟關(guān)閉由液壓缸驅(qū)動。布料盒采用雙油缸驅(qū)動，同步連桿同時(shí)帶動兩側(cè)前后運(yùn)動。當(dāng)更換模具或維修設(shè)備時(shí)，可將面料裝置移離成型主機(jī)。

Including power panel, control desk, monitor display and PC computer, the PLC control system has friend interface, data input and output, diagram display. The system can record production data and operation data. The English version of operation system is supplied.

It is for left the pallet with green blocks to certain position. Frame is sectional steel design with two lateral safety grids. Supporting angles are fixed on bush roller chains. The Reit patent synchronous device driven by electric brake motor is equipped.

Pos.5 Finger car
子母車
It is used for the transport of the pallets with fresh products from the chain elevator to the curing racks or chambers and for returning the cured products to the chain lowerator.
從升板機(jī)內(nèi)將帶濕產(chǎn)品的棧板送入養(yǎng)護(hù)窯，然后將帶養(yǎng)護(hù)好產(chǎn)品的棧板送入降板機(jī)內(nèi)。

The finger car assembly consists of:
Platform car: welded heavy duty steel frame with large flanged wheels and locking device. Driven by 7.5 kW frequency controlled brake motor manufactured by SEW.
Finger car: With lifting frame and attached forks driven by hydraulic cylinder. Driven by 5.5kW frequency controlled brake motor manufactured by SEW.

For taking off the cured products from the return conveying system and to build block cubes on the adjoining transport system.

17.14 Water metering and moisture measurement

Hydronix moisture measurement by microwave is equipped for two mixers, one microwave sensor inside of each mixer. Two micro-water-pump is used to metering the water into mixers. Control computer for the fully automatic water dosing for 2 mixers.
每個(gè)攪拌機(jī)都裝備有Hydronix微波測濕儀，微波測濕探頭安裝在攪拌機(jī)內(nèi)。通過微型水泵進(jìn)行注水。電腦對2個(gè)攪拌機(jī)的測濕和注水進(jìn)行全自動的控制。

電器控制系統(tǒng)
The electric control group includes five parts: for mixing and batching, for block machine, for finger car, for cuber and transport system.
The Siemens Siematic S 7 PLC and the power unit is housed in a control desk which includes joy-sticks for manual machine operation and an integrated Siemens display for data in- and output as well as error diagnosis system. Colour monitor is equipped with friend interface and diagram display. The control group is linked through PC computer.
電控系統(tǒng)包括5個(gè)控制單元：配料攪拌、成型機(jī)、子母車、碼垛機(jī)和輸送系統(tǒng)。
采用西門子Siematic S7 PLC可編程控制系統(tǒng)，與電源系統(tǒng)一齊集成在控制柜中，控制柜配有各種控制按鈕和西門子顯示裝置，配備有彩色顯示屏，具有良好的人機(jī)界面和圖形顯示。通過界面實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的輸入輸出。各控制單元通過計(jì)算機(jī)集成。具有故障診斷功能。

采用西門子的Siematic S 7 PLC，PLC和動力單元等均安裝在獨(dú)立電控柜中，電控柜上由各種按鈕和控制手柄用于手動操作。西門子控制顯示系統(tǒng)可進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的輸入和輸出，并帶有故障診斷功能。

The Cuber, including Slat Conveyor and Product Pallet Magazine, is controlled by the Siemens Siematic S 7 PLC. The control desk includes joy-sticks for manual machine operation and a Siemens digital display for data in-put and out-put as well as error diagnosis system.
碼垛機(jī)（包括成品輸送機(jī)和貨盤倉）由西門子的Siematic S 7 PLC控制。電控柜上有各種按鈕和控制手柄用于手動操作。西門子控制顯示系統(tǒng)可進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的輸入和輸出，并帶有故障診斷功能。
