    項目慨況：HY-I型高效復合水泥添加劑項目，所生產的產品，為水泥工藝外加劑，屬高新技術產品。獲國家發(fā)明專利（專利號：ZL98110360.X),被中國立窯水泥研究會列為現代立窯20項新技術之一,獲得山東省科技進步獎,列入國家科技型中小企業(yè)技術創(chuàng)新項目和2003年度國家火炬計劃項目。該技術產品符合行業(yè)規(guī)定的有關標準，技術達到國內先進水平。該產品主要原料為有機和無機堿類、硫酸鹽類化工產品。該產品主要作用為:1.生產高標號水泥；2.生產低堿水泥；3.大量利用工業(yè)廢渣、節(jié)約資源、降低能耗、變廢為寶、減少污染；4.提高水泥產量、質量、降低成本、改善水泥性能，具有顯著的經濟效益和社會效益。 

    項目內容：擴建年產10萬噸“HY-I型高效復合水泥添加劑”生產線。 

    投資慨算：總投資1700萬美元。 

    經濟效益：年銷售收入9800萬元，年利潤總額2000萬元，稅金2300萬元。 

    合作方式：合資、合作，投資比例由雙方協(xié)商確定。
